This place was originally started by Bob Pisor of Detroit TV . These guys make one of the best sandwiches in the state.Their Ciabatta is probably the best you will ever find. Their baguettes are nothing to sneeze at, either. A loaf isn't cheap, but the quality is way beyond anything else you'll get in Michigan--Zingerman's included

Executive Chef, Daniel Snow, was a former instructor at the New England Culinary Institute and has worked at several of the finer dining establishments within Vermont.
