Parish Foods & Goods
Atlanta, GA
Latest Review
High ceilings, hanging chandeliers, antique mirrors, a piano and a classic walnut-and-zinc bar really bring home that Crescent City feel. The New Orleans-inspired cuisine, with French, Spanish, African and French Caribbean accents, make the po’ boys, shrimp burgers and decadent desserts all the more tasty. Multi-leveled, the restaurant is upstairs, while the market is downstairs. Both have patios, but you can also get it all to go. the South, we loves fried green tomatoes & also have a similar love affair with BLT sandwiches.Imagine the reaction when the market at Parish put fried green tomatoes in its BLT. The tomatoes are stacked between two pieces of griddled farm bread that have been slathered with a creamy remoulade. It’s perfectly normal to fall in love with this sandwich no matter where you’re from.
