For over 30 years, Andersen's has been providing the Santa Barbara area with the finest authentic Danish and European cuisine and bakery items available. Examples: Scandinavian Duck Tender slow roasted Duck, tender meat crispy skin, sweet and sour red cabbage, baked apple,blanc potatoes, port wine reduction. Chef’s signature dish. Hakkebøf 8 oz. Sirloin steaks (ground in-house), glazed onions, blanc potatoes, herb vegetables served with bordelaise sauce. There is a huge menu which will satisfy everyone's tastes for all 3 meals per day

Andersen also bakes fresh cakes every day. The Layer cakes have two layers of sponge cake soaked in Grand Marnier, raspberries, a layer of cream, and an almond macaroon cookie. The Danish Apple Cake has golden delicious apples and apple sauce baked together served with fresh whipping cream or a la mode. The Sarah Bernhardt is a marzipan cookie with rich chocolate mousse, which is then dipped in dark Ghiradelli chocolate.
