Owners John and Rhonda Howton, along with Chef Jamie Cadden are "hands on". Open Sunday thru Thursday: 5:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m, Friday and Saturday: 5:30 p.m - 10:00 p.m, Early Dining Special $9.95: 5:30 p.m - 6:30 p.m They've got the best low country, cajun and southern coastal cuisine & good service in a casual "fish camp" atmosphere. Specialties include: Boudin Fritters A twist on a Delta favorite, Blackwater's Boudin sausage, lightly breaded and deep fried, served with a homemade spicy garlic mayonnaise. Brunswick Stew Thick and hearty, slow cooked with all the goodies. Demere Chicken; A large chicken breast breaded and baked with a mushroom cream sauce and a choice of two sidedishes. Low Country Boil; Cookout classic, shrimp, smoked sausage, red potatoes, and corn on the cob in a Zatarian's boil. Grouper Daufuskie Filet of grouper, served over caramelized onions and mushrooms, topped with our special Daufuskie sauce, with a choice of two side dishes.
