A large portion of the menu is Latin inspired.Meat is treated very well.Start with the Guacamole made at the table. Some examples:Argentinean Lomo Kabobs tenderloin,mushrooms, tomatoes, basted with a smoked chile au jus Latin Steak garlic prime flat iron steak, served with avocado salsa and lime "When Pigs Fly" double cut pork chop plus chanterelle mushrooms, apples with hibachi cherry wood smoked quail and house made fig jam "Napoleon" of Ahi layers of seared ahi with mango & papaya mojo over coconut rice Mango Crème Brûlée with Banana Toast fresh mango infused crème brûlée with anise crusted banana toast

Barbacoa has a "come as you are" appetizer bar with disappearing glass walls lakeside that meld the inside with the out and offer a smattering of unpretentious tastes of mini tacos, fire breads from our wood-stone brick oven and small plates.
