An unusual appetizer list starts things off, moving to Salads,Appetizers,Antipasti,Soups,Five Calzones,Seven pasta entrees(All pasta entrees available with wheat penne or gluten free pasta.). There are also three entrees cooked in the brick oven;Parmigiana al Ricetta,Saltimbucca, Lasagna(Homemade just like Mama Ricetta used to make it. We combine mozzarella, provolone, ricotta and romano cheeses with homemade sausage and seasoned ground sirloin and then we slow bake it in our brick ovens. Served with our homemade garlic bread.). A list of desserts finishes things out.

Allagash Curieux was the first foray into barrel aging. Curieux is made by aging our Tripel Ale in Jim Beam bourbon barrels for eight weeks in our cold cellars. The aged beer is then blended back with a portion of fresh Tripel. The resulting beer is soft with coconut and vanilla notes, with hints of bourbon.

The beer, wine and theme dinners that we host during the winter months have become quite popular. One of our most popular theme dinners is our beach party. Last year it was 10 below 0 and we had people turn up in their shorts and sunglasses. A great time was had by all. The chef and distributors work closely to create a perfect blend of food and spirit at our beer and wine dinners. Seating is limited to 50 so the gathering will be intimate and informative.
