Thin crust pizza(All pizzas also available on wheat dough or Gluten free dough).From a Margherita A small twist to a traditional pie…We start with a layer of fresh tomato slices; add fresh mozzarella and imported fontina cheeses on top. Then we give it a healthy drizzle garlic butter and finish with chopped fresh basil. And then a Buffalo Gorgonzola A “buffalo style” pizza…Our roasted chicken smothered in buffalo sauce, whole milk mozzarella, and crumbled gorgonzola cheese atop a base of creamy gorgonzola dressing

An unusual appetizer list starts things off, moving to Salads,Appetizers,Antipasti,Soups,Five Calzones,Seven pasta entrees(All pasta entrees available with wheat penne or gluten free pasta.). There are also three entrees cooked in the brick oven;Parmigiana al Ricetta,Saltimbucca, Lasagna(Homemade just like Mama Ricetta used to make it. We combine mozzarella, provolone, ricotta and romano cheeses with homemade sausage and seasoned ground sirloin and then we slow bake it in our brick ovens. Served with our homemade garlic bread.). A list of desserts finishes things out.
