Al Killian who is originally from Texas, has been cooking ribs and brisket in the same wood-fired smoker for 15 years at his Baker's Ribs in Eden Prairie. All sides and sauce are made from scratch at Baker's which is actually part of a chain based in Dallas. Nine of the ten stores are in Texas.The brisket is very good & the ribs are outstanding.All of Killian's meats are served un-sauced, but bottles of warm sauce are on every table. There are no deep fryers, so fries and rings are not sides.

However ; many folks have gravitated to The Nook.Here it is not a Juicy Lucy but;is the Nookie Supreme Burger This double decker cheeseburger with special sauce is near mythical proportions Challenge: Eat two Nookie Supremes and the fries and win a free t-shirt!
