Omni Bretton Arms Inn at Mount Washington

The Bretton Arms restaurant is top notch. Set in a former private home the restaurant is very small and cozy. We had the crab cakes appetizer which were excellent. The filet with bacon jam was very good and the service was absolutely perfect to boot! If you are looking for a special place to celebrate an occasion or simply an nice evening in a quite setting I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Omni Mount Washington Resort

Mount Washington Resort is a sight to behold. Surrounded by mountains on all sides you would be hard-pressed to find a more idyllic setting. It is a very old building so it has a lot of charm. It has a great porch surrounding the building that is great for just relaxing or soaking in the sunset and a glass of wine. The hotel is quite expensive all around - rooms and restaurants - so be prepared to pay to enjoy this resort. There is also a ton of outdoor activities in the area. We went zip lining and hiking on Franconia Ridge - both were top notch. All in all, this has got to be one of the nicest hotels in NH, if not the country.

This place is a blast from the past and easily one of the nicest hotels in NH. We loved the wrap around porch for taking in sunsets and having a glass of wine and apps. They have a great bar downstairs and a couple stellar restaurants. Expect to pay top dollar, but it is worth it.
