Reviews Of Fatty Cue

You can't really classify Fatty Cue. This is a true fusion spot with Thai/Barbecue specialties. The restaurant’s stated theme is Malaysian barbecue, which means its version of thick-cut, Peter Luger–style bacon comes to the table sizzled not in more bacon fat, but coriander. And if you ask about the addictive, faintly funky quality of the delicately fatty lamb ribs , your waiter will tell you that the key is in the brine, a mix of white wine and a spicy fermented shrimp paste called cincalok. There are other incredible choices including ribs,Bobo chicken, duck, house made noodles. Monday night you have to try the Legend, a mouthwatering, bone-in cut of pork rib, chop, and belly. The bartenders here are really specialists in coktails; particularly the Chupacabra (tequila, chili-infused domaine de canton, watermelon, lime) Awesome drink !!
