These guys have a genuine connection with Southern Barbecue.Try the rib sampler, which includes three versions—Kansas City, Memphis, and Texas beef, all moist and charry, cooked nice and slow. The mac and cheese is nirvana. A variety of spoon-licking sweet and spicy BBQ sauces on the tables allows you to dress your own meat.
