Whet your appetite with:CONNOISSEUR CAVIAR Golden Ossetra 50 g - $470 supp. Siberian Sturgeon 50 g - $330 supp. Northern Lights 50 g - $230 supp. Chef Daniel Boulud has developed a menu with classical French technique interwoven with world wide influences and strong American influences. The service level is non-intrusive and at a level unheard of these days. Three course dinner, $105; six course tasting menu, $185; vegetarian menu available.
