You will understand why this is an outlet for amazing Italian cuisine when you know that the owners & the Chef are from the Philadelphia area.A creative contemporary Italian menu is directed by Chef Michael Cirafesi.He uses only the freshest ingredients,homemade pastas,amazing veal(Probably Provimi)& fresh seafood to create a cross section of dishes from the finest the trattorias of the small towns of Italy. You have to save room for dessert(prepared fresh daily). Suggestion:Dolce Mista della Casa A sampling of Michael’s signature desserts. Tiramisu, Panna Cotta and Profiterole

An amazing wine list:Available in 8 different flights (Michael Anthony's Flight List is comprised of twenty-four wines sold by the flight, glass, or bottle.)There are additional wines by the bottle only on the Captains List (40 wines).These folks are drop dead serious about wine, as evidenced by their Private Reserve List. These wines are tightly allocated, often produced in small quantities Wine Spectator has proclaimed this list as one of the best in the world, & they have Award for Excellence for every year since 2004
