Ranger Creek is a combined brewery/distillery proudly located in San Antonio, TX. We make beer and whiskey in our “brewstillery”, and we make it by hand one batch at a time with lots of love and attention Ranger Creek’s bourbon whiskey is currently aging beautifully. It needs some time to mature, so look for the first bottles in Fall of 2011 Now brewing four different beers:Ranger Creek South Texas Lager Dortmunder-Export Style Lager, Ranger Creek OPA American Pale Ale with Oats Ranger Creek MSP Robust Porter smoked with Texas mesquite Influenced by the classic Bamberg rauchbiers, our Mesquite Smoked Porter is brewed with a Texas twist, using malt smoked in-house over Texas mesquite. Ranger Creek La Bestia Aimable Belgian-style Dark Strong Ale They will be supplementing these year round beers with seasonal offerings in 2011. Tours of our “brewstillery” are free of charge and are available every week.
