Executive Chef, Daniel Snow, was a former instructor at the New England Culinary Institute and has worked at several of the finer dining establishments within Vermont. Classic old wooden diner serving 3 meals a day.The menu is all over the map. The burgers are great and the specials will not disappoint you. Breakfast is very close to heaven on earth. If you get a bad meal, tell them; they'll fix it. Just don't whine about it.

The Vermont Inn Restaurant is open for dinner starting at 5:30 Thursday through Monday several months of the year: January, February, March, July, August, and October along with the second half of December. The restaurant is open Memorial Day in May, Thursday through Saturday in June and September, and the first few weeks of December. The restaurant is closed during April and May.
