Bubba's is famous for their Western style barbecue. THeribs are rubbed with seasonings and then slow smoked over a hickory fire. Served with the sauce that made Bubba's famous.In addition; they have; brisket,pork butt, turkey, chicken, pork chops & sausage. All of these are slow smoked as well.Baked beans are terrific.

Bubba's has a full breakfast. Biscuits and gravy are excellent.

Huge list of luncheon items.All sandwiches are served with choice of one side dish: Frech fries, cole slaw, potato salad, corn on the cob, or Bubba's beans. For an addition you can substitute onion rings. Bar-B-Que sandwiches are served on a bun or Garlic Toast.
